I have bought a digital download. When do I get it?
We are normally very quick with digital downloads (within a few hours) but please allow us more time in case we are out & about, or at periods of high demand (just after an event). Please allow us up to 48 hours in these circumstances.
As mentioned on our products page we don't send out our digital downloads automatically.
This way we can keep our webspace size down and prices low. We also quality assure all photos before they go out and will re-touch if required at no extra charge. ...so our customers get cheaper, higher quality pictures.
We then send simple instructions to your email (provided to us by Paypal) on how to download your photos.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure you paypal details are up-to-date. (email address and postal address)
Also check the spam folder of your email client or webmail. It is rare but our emails have been known to turn up undiscovered in these!
How soon after an event are your pictures available to view and buy?
A lot depends on the size of event and how many photos we take. Please allow us 0.5 to 3 days.
So whats the difference between your 'Events & Galleries' and 'Out & About' pages?
Photos on our Events & Galleries page are from events where we are the official event photographers.
Our Out & About page contains informal / on-the-fly photo collections from events we have stumbled across, visited, or taken part in.
Please note that out of courtesy we will not upload photos to our Out & About section from events covered officially by another event photographer.
How do I find my photos?
We always sort our photos by the time they were taken. So, for example, if you placed 60th/100 and there are 10 pages of photos in a finish folder, start by looking at pages 5 and 6. Our galleries and photos are designed to load quickly in web browsers so it wont take you long to find them. We will also include a link to the results to help you out.
We may incorporate a search facility to our site in the future. Although from our experience browsing other similar sites, search engines tend to miss a lot of photos when compared to a manual search.
I cant find my photos ..?
No problem. Send us an email and we will find them for you.
It is very unlikely that we will miss anyone at an event. We will usually have at least 2 photographers at varying locations and take thousands of photos.
(We may also have a few photos of you in addition to what was uploaded)
How big is a digital download that is 720 pixels along largest side?
Here is an example.
Photos of this size are perfect for web use but are not good for printing.
I cant decide from the preview photo whether it is worth me buying a large print or download ..?

Can I buy an original digital negative from you?
Yes.

Im not sure about paypal, or buying online. How do I pay by cheque?
Just send us an email with your order. We will add it up and reply with an invoice and address to send your cheque to.

Sure.
Depending on the size of your event it most probably wont cost you anything for us to be there

Im interested in an exclusive package. How much would it set me back to get you guys to take some photos of me on my new bike?
Our prices vary depending on location, how much kit we need to drag there, and how long it will estimate us to get the shots. (We are based in South Dorset)
We will usually charge a fee which will include some digital files or prints.
